Interpump is today the world’s largest manufacturer of high pressure washing pumps. The beginning
Interpump Group, the world’s largest manufacturer of high pressure pumps, was born in 1977 from the intuition and resourcefulness of a man, Fulvio Montipò, and developed thanks to the tenacity of other men who embrace his philosophy, giving shape to an extremely ambitious project.
Montipò, in fact, introduces substantial technical changes to the product, designing and building more compact, silent and easy to maintain pumps.
Innovation
Another qualifying element of the innovation is the adoption of integral ceramic pistons which guarantee superior overall reliability. This authentic revolution has allowed Interpump Group to acquire world leadership since the early 1980s, becoming, even for competitors, the recognized sector reference.

Interpump Group now produces pumps with pressures up to 500 bar and pressure washers for professional use, exporting 75% of its sales.
